A migraine flare shouldn’t always mean a trip to the ER.
For established and new patients experiencing an acute migraine, we offer walk-in or same-day evaluation when available. Our team will perform a focused assessment and, when appropriate, provide in-office treatment aimed at stopping or reducing the migraine.
Treatment is individualized and may include medications such as ketorolac, diphenhydramine, promethazine, anti-nausea medications, and other abortive therapies based on your symptoms, medical history, and prior response to treatment.

Acute Migraine Treatment & Support
Our goal is to provide rapid, migraine-focused care in a familiar outpatient setting and, when appropriate, help patients avoid the time and expense of an urgent care or emergency department visit.
Patients with symptoms concerning for a medical emergency—such as a sudden severe or unusual headache, new neurologic symptoms, significant injury, or other concerning features—may be directed to the emergency department for further evaluation.
