Personalized Treatment for Your Needs

Ketamine
Ketamine may be considered for selected patients with
difficult-to-treat chronic or centralized pain conditions. Treatment
is individualized, with dosing adjusted based on each patient’s
condition, response, and tolerability.
Ketamine may also be considered for certain mental health conditions,
including PTSD, when clinically appropriate and as part of an
individualized treatment plan.
Self-pay: $225 for 4 hour infusion
*Additional medication or service charges may apply when medically necessary.

Lidocaine
IV lidocaine may be used for selected patients with neuropathic,
centralized, or difficult-to-control pain. Unlike a local lidocaine
injection that numbs one specific area, IV lidocaine travels through
the bloodstream and may help calm pain signals throughout the nervous
system.
Treatment is individualized based on the patient’s condition,
response, and tolerability.

Self-pay: Starting at $155
*Additional medication or service charges may apply when medically necessary.

Migraine Infusion Therapy
For patients with frequent or difficult-to-control migraines, we offer
preventive infusion therapies, including Vyepti, as well as ketamine
infusion therapy for selected patients when clinically appropriate.
Treatment is individualized based on migraine history, previous
treatments, and response to therapy.
Having a severe migraine right now? We also offer separate Acute
Migraine Care for eligible patients, which may include in-office
injectable medications to help treat headache pain and associated
symptoms.
